Wow, I got this one finished just in time! 0.0 I decided to try this picture with paint because I'm not too good at painting-as you can see-and I need practice. I also used some pen and ink, the flowers are some pen and ink and some guache, the background is just acrylic paint and the sun is guache too.

ReplyDeleteIt is VERY challenging for me! I actually used india ink and gouache for the flowers and the sun, and diluted acrylic paint for the background. I was able to post! But only barely. I was soo busy this week!

LOL, I thought it was pretty miserable and decided to do another picture for paisley, just haven't had much time for it. gouache is actually usually used for calligrapy, but it's a paint that can be diluted to whatever texture you like best, if you like thick paint then add a little water, if you like water color sort of texture add more water! you can even put it in a pen and draw with it!
